LED红光照射与传统理疗对消除运动后疲劳效果的比较

摘要 目的:探究LED红光照射与传统疗法对运动后的等速肌力相关指标、下肢大小腿的围度以及血乳酸浓度恢复情况的比较。方法:研究选择48名武汉体育学院网球专项男运动员为受试者,分为四组,分别为红光照射组、安静休息组、针灸组和走路牵拉组,采用等速肌力测试系统测试运动前后即刻及20分钟后等速肌力指标恢复情况,大小腿围度的变化,以及血乳酸的变化。结果运动后20分钟红光照射组伸肌的平均功率明显升高(P<0.05),疲劳系数明显降低(P<0.05);小腿围度两两比较均无显著性差异;在血乳酸浓度的变化方面,红光组和针灸组与其他两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论(1)红光照射足三里穴位对运动后肌肉力量的恢复效果比较显著;(2)红光照射对小腿围度的恢复效果影响不大;(3)红光照射与针灸都对血乳酸的恢复由较大影响。 Objective: to investigate the correlation between LED red light irradiation and traditional therapy on isokinetic muscle strength after exercise,limb circumference of leg and blood and the recovery of blood lactate concentration. Methods: forty-eight tennis male athletes from Wuhan Sport University were selected as subjects and divided into four groups: red light group,quiet rest group,acupuncture group and walking traction group. The isokinetic strength test system was used to test the exercise Immediately before and after 20 minutes and isokinetic muscle strength index recovery,leg circumference changes,and changes in blood lactate. Results: the mean power of extensor muscle of red light irradiation group increased significantly( P〈0. 05) and the fatigue coefficient decreased significantly( P〈0. 05) at 20 minutes after exercise. There is no significant difference in calf circumference; while on change of blood acid,red group and acupuncture group compared with the other two groups were significantly different( P〈0. 05). Conclusions:( 1) The red light irradiation of Zusanli acupoint has a significant effect on muscle strength recovery after exercise.( 2) Red light irradiation has little effect on the restoration of calf circumference.( 3) Both red light and acupuncture group influence the recovery of lactic acid greatly.
