摘要
文章主要以深冲成型用钛带为代表,通过工艺试验,比较常规时间大气退火、长时间真空退火、氩气保护连续退火等不同热处理方式与制度的性能参数,冲压情况。结果表明:常规时间大气退火的最佳热处理制度是750℃/30min;长时间真空退火的最佳热处理制度是650℃/10h;氩气保护连续退火的最佳热处理制度是780℃/10min;深冲成型用钛带的最佳热处理方式是氩气保护连续退火。
Taking titanium strip for deep drawing forming as the representative, the performance parameters and stamping condi-tions of different heat treatment methods and systems, such as conventional time atmospheric annealing, long time vacuum annealingand argon protection continuous annealing, are compared through process tests. The results show that the optimum heat treatment con-ditions are 750 ℃/30min for conventional atmospheric annealing, 650 ℃/10h for long vacuum annealing, 780 ℃/10min for argon pro-tection and 780 ℃/10min for deep drawing titanium. The best heat treatment method of the tape is continuous annealing with argonprotection.
