摘要
目前在解决地铁车站结构施工与盾构机始发的工序矛盾时多采用门洞式支架,但目前所用的门洞式支架存在结构复杂、费料耗材,而且安装精度要求高、安装周期长、安装质量难以控制等问题。通过优化设计形成的快速装配型门洞式支架解决了上述问题,在工期、成本、安装风险控制等上具有一定的优势,并且可以循环利用。
At present, in order to solve the contradiction between the construction of subway station structure and the startingprocess of shield machine, the portal support is often used, but the portal support used at present has complicated structure andconsumes materials and materials. Moreover, the installation accuracy is high, the installation period is long, the installation quality isdifficult to control and so on. By optimizing the design of the rapid assembly portal support, we solved the above-mentioned prob-lems, and this material, with its advantages in time limit, cost, and installation risk control, can be recycled.
