试论建筑桩基础工程施工管理与施工技术

桩基础施工虽然是建筑工程的基础环节,但是对建筑整体质量却产生了直接影响。现阶段高层建筑的数量不断增加,由于高层建筑的结构复杂、自重较大,对桩基础施工质量提出了更加严格的要求。施工单位一方面要做好全过程的施工管理,包括前期物料、设备的准备,中期现场施工监督等,另一方面又要结合以往工作经验,对桩基础施工技术要点进行把控,从源头上消除质量问题,切实保障建筑质量安全。

Although the pile foundation construction is the foundation link of the construction project, it has a direct impact onthe overall quality of the building. At present, the number of high-rise buildings is increasing. Because of the complex structure andlarge dead weight of high-rise buildings, the construction quality of pile foundation is put forward more stringent requirements. Onthe one hand, the construction units should doa good job in the construction management of the whole process, including the prepa-ration of materials and equipment in the early stage and the supervision of the site construction in the middle stage; and on the oth-er hand, they should combine with the previous work experience to control the technical points of the pile foundation construction, soas to eliminate quality problems from the source, and effectively ensure the safety of building quality.
