变电站建设工程管理方法的研究

随着我国科学技术与经济的不断发展与推进,我国在电气方面取得了举世瞩目的成就,对电的需求量越来越多,特别是变电站系统运行的安全性与稳定性越来越受到社会与人们的重视。而变电站工程建设中,工程管理是一个十分重要的环节,科学的管理方法可以大大增加整体建设工程的效率,提高工程质量,保证变电站的正常运行。基于此,文章就当前我国变电站建设工程管理中存在的问题进行探究,并提出相应对策。

With the continuous development and advancement of science, technology and economy in China, China has made re-markable achievements in the field of electricity, and the demand for electricity is increasing. Especially, the safety and stability ofsubstation system are more and more valued by the society and people. In substation engineering construction, project management isa very important link, and scientific management method can greatly increase the efficiency of the overall construction project, im-prove the quality of the project, and ensure the normal operation of the substation. Based on this, this paper probes into the existingproblems in the management of substation construction project in our country, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
