摘要
通过对电力及变压器反事故技术措施的形成与发展的回顾,列举不同时期《反措》的内容变化,提出对执行《反措》的看法与建议。
Through review of the formation and development of anti-accident technical measures of electric power and transformer,the contents of countermeasures in different periods are listed. The opinions and suggestions on the implementation of countermeasures are presented.
