摘要
某电厂600 MW机组锅炉存在尾部烟道运行氧量偏差较大问题,特别是在高负荷工况下,氧量偏差大情况更加严重,造成氧量较低侧CO含量偏高,严重影响机组安全经济运行。针对此问题进行详细分析,并开展燃烧优化调整试验工作,有效解决了该锅炉运行中尾部烟道两侧氧量偏差问题,确保机组安全经济运行。
The oxygen deviation problems exist in one power plant of 600 MW unit boiler. Especially under high load conditions, the oxygen deviation is more serious.Due to low oxygen side CO content on the high side, it seriously affectes the safe and economic operation. the problems are analyzed in detail.The combustion optimization adjustment test work effectively solves the tail flue in the boiler operation on both sides of the oxygen content of the deviation problem.That ensures the safe and economic operation of the unit.
