在实际应用中,远程费控跳合闸业务经常发生停复电执行失败的情况,增加了电费及时回收的难度,带来了用户投诉风险。针对国网辽宁省电力有限公司当前费控工单执行成功率相对偏低现状进行深入研究,从主站、通信、现场终端及表计不同角度综合分析执行过程中费控工单下发失败的原因,以及影响费控执行成功率的因素,寻求最佳解决方案,提出提高费控执行成功率的方法,从而提高全省费控执行成功率。

The factors affects the success rate of fee control execution. In order toseek the best solution, it puts forward the method which improve the cost control execution success rate and improve the province＇s costcontrol execution success rate.
