摘要
本文梳理了工业遗产保护与可持续发展问题的相关研究成果,总结了2011年以来国内外的相关理论发展和实践探索经验,指出工业遗产工作目前在保护的目的与方法、可持续发展的思想与组织等层面面临的困境,包括价值认定、再利用惯性和工作组织模式等方面遇到的问题。我国正在进入后工业时代,对研究实践的全面总结和有关问题的积极思考将有助于国内工业遗产真正走上可持续道路。
This paper reviews research findings in the field of industrial heritage conservation and sustainable development-especially theoretical developments and practical experiences in China and overseas since 2011. It highlights difficulties regarding the objectives and methods of industrial heritage conservation; it also outlines the ideas and operations of sustainable devdopment, including value identification, re-use inertia, and organisation models. China is now on the way towards its post-industrial era. Accordingly, a comprehensive review of relevant research and practices in industrial heritage and a positive reconsideration of the associated problems will be of great help in finding a sustainable solution.
