The Design of Investment and Financing Mode of Marine Exploration Technology and Equipment Industry in China

投入大、风险高、回收周期长导致海洋勘探技术及装备业融资难度不断增大,严重制约了中国该产业的发展.当务之急是有效拓展融资渠道、改善融资结构,为金融支持该产业发展寻找丨正确路径.本文从产业投融资模式、政策、方式三个方面梳理了国内外学者有关研究进展,具体分析了中国海洋勘探技术及装备业投融资模式现状,在学习国外海洋相关产业投融资模式经验的基础上,针对中国海洋勘探技术及装备业所处的生命周期,分析各个阶段不同的资金需求,从而厘清中国海洋勘探技术及装备业对金融资金需求的全貌,建立起适合不同发展阶段的融资模式.

The high investment,high risk and long recovery cycle of the ma-rine exploration technology and equipment industry lead to the difficulty of finan-cing ,which seriously restricts the development of China’s marine exploration technology and equipment industry. It is imperative to expand the financing chan-nels , improve the financing structure, and find the right path for financial support for the development of the industry. This article sort out relevant research pro-gress at home and abroad from three aspects ： industry investment and financing mode,policy and pattern,and analysis China’s marine exploration technology and equipment industry investment and financing status in detail. On the basis of the learning of foreign related marine industry investment and financing mode of ex-perience ,according to the life cycle of marine exploration technology and equip-ment industry in China, we analysis the capital demand at different stages, so as to clarify China＇s marine exploration technology and equipment industry in the fi-nancial capital demand picture and establish suitable financing mode for the dif-ferent stages of development.
