心理健康视角下艺术院校教师专业发展路径的研究

摘要 艺术院校不但为社会培养艺术人才,还是文化艺术延续和发展的中介,这就对艺术院校教师的教学质量提出了更高的要求,进而导致了教师职业压力不断增大,心理健康问题日益突出。本研究对艺术院校教师的专业发展过程中的心理现状进行了分析,并提出相应的应对策略,以期提升教育教学整体质量,促进教师持续性的专业发展。 Art colleges and universities not only cultivate art talentsfor the society, but also act as the medium of culture and artcontinuation and development, which puts forward higher requirementsfor the teaching quality of teachers in art colleges anduniversities, and then leads to the increase in teachers' occupationalstress and mental problems. This study analyzes the mentalstatus of teachers in art colleges and universities in their professionaldevelopment, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the overall quality of education andteaching and promote the continuing professional development ofteachers.
