农村学前教育教师队伍存在的问题及对策研究

当前我国农村学前教育教师队伍存在的问题主要是农村学前教育资金投入不足,教育队伍不稳定;门槛低,农村学前教育教师专业素质不高;政府管理制度不健全,教师队伍积极性不强。因此解决问题需采取不断扩宽学前教育师资培养渠道,加强师资队伍的培训力度;不断提高农村幼师待遇,确实保障各项权利和利益等措施。

At present, the problems existing in the team ofpreschool education teachers in China＇s rural areas are mainly asfollows the lack of funds for preschool education in rural areas,the unstable education team, low barriers to entry the field, lowprofessional quality of preschool education teachers, imperfectgovernment management system, and low enthusiasm of theteachers. To solve the problems, we must continue to expand thetraining channels for preschool education teachers and strengthenthe training of teachers. We must also continuously raise thesalaries of rural preschool education teachers, and practicallyprotect their rights and interests.
