眼下,"95后"大学生正在成为大学生的主力军,他们自我意识强烈,性格特点显著,为高校学生工作带来了一定的难度;而音乐专业学生作为艺术类学生,其学习方式、成长模式不同于其他专业学生,如何针对音乐专业学生特点开展学生工作,是新形势下思想政治教育工作遇到的新问题。

As the main force of college students at present,＂post-95s＂ college students have strong self-awareness and distinctivepersonality characteristics, which brings certain difficultiesto the employment of them. Music students, as art students,have different learning styles and growth patterns compared withstudents of other majors, so how to carry out student work basedon the characteristics of music students is a new problem encounteredin ideological and political education under the newsituation.
