供给侧改革视野下高校办公室工作探析

An Analysis of the General Office of University from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform

高校办公室是学校行政管理中枢,承担管理、服务、协调、决策咨询等职能。为进一步提升高校办公室工作实效性,本文从供给侧改革视角出发,分析高校办公室工作面临的困境,提出提高高校办公室工作供给侧意识、增强供给侧和需求侧的协调性、提供有效供给。

The general office is the center of university administrationsystem. It is responsible for management, service, coordinationand decision-making consultation. In order to further enhancethe effectiveness of the general office, this paper, startingfrom the perspective of supply-side reform, analyzed the difficultiesfaced by the general office, and proposed to improve the consciousnessof supply side, enhance the coordination betweensupply side and demand side, and provide effective supply.
