摘要
我国现代化建设的不断提升和新媒体时代逐渐到来,对于传统媒体产生了挤压的同时也给了大学生媒体人更多的就业机遇以及创业机遇。本文首先介绍了大学生就业力的相关定义以及内涵,然后分析了高校传媒在提升大学生媒体人就业力当中所体现出的重要性,最后结合上述内容对高校传媒提升大学生媒体人就业力的实际策略进行了分析,也希望能够为大学生媒体人更好地就业和创业创设条件。
With the continuous improvement of China's modernizationconstruction, the current era of new media has graduallycome, which has squeezed the traditional media and also givenmore employment opportunities and entrepreneurial opportunitiesfor university student media workers. This paper first introducesthe definition and connotation of university students' employmentability, then analyzes the importance of university media in improvingthe employment ability of university student media workers.Finally, combined with the above content, the practical strategyof university media to improve the employment ability of universitystudent media workers is analyzed, in hopes of creatingconditions for better employment and entrepreneurship of universitystudent media workers.
