摘要
特级教师工作坊作为教师实践共同体的一种新型模式,越来越受到基础教育办学者的关注。本文以R市Y特级教师工作坊为个案,从成员共同体意识、成员权利及成员身份建构三个维度考察特级教师工作坊的实践图景,呈现、归导出工作坊的实际效能以及前行中的困境。在此基础上提出,特级教师工作坊要实现良性运行与卓越示范,需承担起实践共同体的理论和实践功能,增强成员共同体意识,适当赋权于教师,重视成员身份建构,提升专业素养,共同促进教育研究合力的形成。
As a new model of teachers' practice communities,special-grade teachers' workshops are getting more and more attentionfrom scholars of basic education. Taking the Y special-grade teacher's workshop of R City as a case, this paper examinesthe practice prospect of the special teacher's workshopfrom such three dimensions as members' community consciousness,members' rights and membership construction, presentingand deriving the actual effectiveness of the workshop and thepredicament in the process. On this basis, it is proposed that, toachieve positive operation and excellent demonstration of theworkshop, it must assume the theoretical and practical functionsof practice communities, enhance the community awareness ofthe members, appropriately empower the teachers, attach importanceto the construction of membership, and enhance professionalism,so as to promote the formation of a joint effort in educationalresearch.
