压力是中职生健康成长中的重要影响源,正确分析中职生压力事件并进行合理干预是帮助中职生应对压力危机的必要条件,本文主要探析压力应对的信息干预模式。

Stress is an important source of influence for thehealthy growth of secondary vocational students. Correct analysisand reasonable intervention of stressful events of secondary vocationalstudents are necessary conditions for helping secondaryvocational students to cope with stress crisis. This paper mainlyanalyzes the information intervention model of stress response.
