摘要
供给侧结构性改革背景下就业升级对人才供给质量提出了挑战。采取问卷调查法和访谈法对新生代大学生就业力进行调查,结果分析发现,当前大学生面临就业观念不够开放、就业认知与技能不足、创业意愿不强等现实问题,期待学校能够注重大学生的实践锻炼和综合素质培养,切实做好就业指导工作。针对新生代大学生就业的问题与期待,提出提升其就业力的建议:高校明确人才培养目标,优化教育结构体系,提高人才供给质量;政府出台配套供给侧结构性改革的就业政策,加大就业支持力度,鼓励多路径就业;大学生准确定位自身,开放择业观念,自主提升就业技能。
Employment upgrading under the structural reform of the supply poses a challenge to the quality of talent supply.This paper investigates the employment force of new generation college students by using questionnaire and interviews methods.The result shows that the current college students are confronted with the practical predicament such as the employment concept is not open enough,the employment cognition and skills are inadequate and the entrepreneurial will is not strong,they look forward to the school focus on students' practice and comprehensive quality training,and effectively do the job guidance.In view of the predicament and expectation of college students' employment,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote their employment power:Colleges and universities clearly define the goal of personnel training,optimize the structure of education system and improve the quality of talent supply.Government introduce employment policies supporting the structural reform of the supply,strengthen employment support,and encourages diversified choices and multi-path employment.College students accurately position themselves,open career ideas,and independently improve their employment skills.
