摘要 目的探讨在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中原核期早裂胚胎继续培养成囊胚的利用价值。方法回顾性调查2016年1月至2017年12月在华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院生殖医学中心接受IVF-ET治疗的15329个新鲜周期中出现的390枚原核期早裂胚胎,将其中136枚D3胚胎继续培养,分析其发育潜能和囊胚利用率。结果继续培养的136枚D3胚胎中形成囊胚57枚(囊胚形成率41.9%),可利用囊胚26枚,其中24枚均来源于D3≥8细胞的胚胎。结论在IVF-ET治疗周期中,对于2个原核(2PN)胚胎来源极少或无2PN胚胎来源的周期,原核期早裂胚通过继续培养筛选出来的优质囊胚也可以作为备选移植胚胎。 Objective To investigate the value of the use of the early pronuclear breakdown embryos in the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)cycle.Methods A retrospective survey of 390 pronuclear early-splinter embryos in 15329 fresh cycles of IVF-ET treatment from January 2016 to December 2017 was conducted.Totally,136 embryos were further cultured.Their development potential and blastocyst utilization were analyzed.Results Among the embryos that continued to be cultured,57 blastocysts were formed(blastocyst formation rate was 41.9%),and 26 blastocysts could be used and 24 of them were derived from embryos with D3 ≥ 8 cells.Conclusion In the IVF-ET treatment cycle,for the period with little or no 2 PN embryo source,the blastocysts screened from the pronuclear stage early blast embryos can be used as alternative embryos.
