声带振动模型在喉部疾病诊断中的应用

摘要 声带小结是最常见和发病率最高的喉部疾病,为了提高其诊断效率和安全性,基于医院实际应用需求,将声带振动模型应用于喉部疾病诊断中。首先对声带振动理论进行了介绍,然后阐述了声带小结声学信号的分析方法,最后将实验结果与传统喉内窥镜检测结果进行对比,结果表明:该方法可有效实现声带小结的筛选和检测,相比传统内窥镜检测方法具有安全无创,成本低廉和操作简单等优点。 Vocal cord nodule is the most common and highest incidence of throat disease,in order to improve the diagnostic efficiency and safety of laryngeal diseases,according to the actual application requirements of hospital,the vocal cord vibration model is used in the diagnosis of laryngeal diseases.An outline of vocal cord vibration theory is described; then the processing method of vocal nodules acoustic signal is described;finally, the experimental results are compared with the traditional laryngeal endoscope, the experimental result shows that the proposed method can be effectively implemented in screening and detection of vocal nodules, and has the advantages of safety, low cost and simple operation compared with traditional otolaryngology endoscope.
