台山方言句末助词“囖”

The distribution and attitude orientations of “囖lo^(33)” in Taishan dialect

"囖lo^(33)"在台山方言中使用频率较高,常常附着于句末,与普通话"了_2"的语义及其功能相似。本文通过研究"囖"在各种句类中的分布规律,对其在各句类中表现出的不同但具关联性的语法意义进行整合,得出"囖lo^(33)"的核心语法意义是"对处于某种进行阶段(即将发生、出现并持续、已然完成)的事态的肯定,并指向当下语境"。

“囖lo^33”is a mood word frequently used in Taishan dialect.It often attached to the end of a sentence,and is also considered to have the similar meaning and functions of the mood word“了le2”in mandarin.By studying the distribution of“囖lo^33”in various sentences classes,and integrating the different grammatical meaning in each class,we concluded that the core grammatical meaning of“囖lo^33”is“affirmation of the present situation developed till now”.Meanwhile,through the comparison with the mood word“了le2”in mandarin,we figured out the similarities and the differences between“囖lo^33”and“了le2”,and also made an analysis on the attitude orientations of the speaker that it reflects.Therefore,we can give a relatively concrete definition of this dialect mood word based on its grammatical meaning and distribution condition.
