摘要
本文设计了一种用于湿式双离合变速箱机油冷却的油冷器,油冷器整体采用箱体式结构,通过真空钎焊工艺熔合焊接。搭建了油冷器油水性能测试试验台,通过试验测试验证了油冷器散热性能及结构设计的合理性。
A kind of oil cooler for wet dual clutch transmission was designed in this paper, the oil cooler adopts the tank-type structure and was welded by vacuum brazing process as a whole. The oil and water performance test bench for oil cooler was built, then the rationality of structure and heat-dispelling was verified through test.
