42CrMo连铸坯凝固组织数值模拟

摘要 根据连续铸造过程的特点,以尺寸为1165mm×230mm的板坯为研究对象,建立了有限元(Finite Element)和元胞自动机法(Cellular Automaton)相结合的CA-FE模型,模拟计算了连续铸造凝固过程的温度场和三维微观组织。探讨了过热度、拉坯速度、二冷强度等因素对板坯微观组织的影响。 According to the characteristics of continuous casting process, a large broken slab with size of 1165 mm×230 mm is taken as the research object. A CA-FE model combining the finite element and cellular automata is established. The temperature field and the threedimensional microstructure of the continuous casting solidification process are simulated and calculated. The effects of superheat, casting speed and two cold strength on the microstructure of slab were discussed.
