特高压变电站通信屏柜布局优化设计与分析

摘要 文中对目前特高压变电站建设过程中,由于分期建设而导致的通信屏柜布局混乱的问题进行了研究。按照"终期性原则、信号流程最简化原则、一致性与特殊性兼顾原则",提出了特高压变电站通信屏柜建设过程中需要考虑的主要问题。在此基础上,研究了变电站通信屏柜优化布置方案,主要包括通信系统设备配置方案和通信屏柜布置方案两部分内容。此外,还提出了特高压变电站通信设备优化配置方案,分别为:配线设备配置、交换和接入设备配置、录音与网管设备配置以及电源、通信监控设备配置等内容。文中所提出的方案对解决特高压变电站通信设备屏柜布置过程中,"信号流程最简化"以及"一致性与特殊性兼顾"之间的矛盾具有重要意义。 This paper studies the confusion of the layout of the communication cabinet due to the construction of the UHV substation in the process of the construction of the UHV substation. According to the "terminal principle", "the most streamlined principle of signal flow, the principle of consistency and specificity", the author puts forward the main problems that need to be considered in the construction process of UHV substation communication cabinet. On this basis, the optimal layout scheme of substation communication cabinet is studied, which includes two parts: the main equipment configuration plan of communication system and the layout scheme of communication cabinet. Besides, the optimal configuration scheme of communication equipment for UHV substation is put forward, namely: wiring equipment configuration, switching and access device configuration, recording and network management equipment configuration, and power and communication monitoring device configuration. The scheme proposed in this paper is of great significance for solving the contradiction between the simplification of signal flow and the consistency and particularity in the layout of communication cabinet of UHV substation.
