根据黑龙江省高等教育与经济发展现状，对相关性进行分析，总结能够代表黑龙江省高等教育和经济发展的评价指标，运用灰邑关联分析，得到各指标之间的关联毖强毖，为黑龙江政府制定适合教育和经济协同发展的政策提供可供借坚的理论依据与对策。

By using the grey correlation analysis, the strength correlation of the each index is calculated aiming at providing theoretical basis and countermeasures for Heilongjiang government to formulate policies for the coordinated development of education and economic The research results in this paper can be used for reference
