去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合胺碘酮对充血性心衰合并快速型房颤患者心室率控制及心功能的影响

Influence of deslanoside injection combined with amiodarone on ventricular rate control and cardiac function in patients with congestive heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation

目的研究去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合胺碘酮治疗充血性心衰合并快速型房颤患者的效果。方法选取我院充血性心衰合并快速型房颤患者102例,按治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,观察组给予去乙酰毛花苷注射液+胺碘酮治疗。比较两组房颤转为窦性心律情况及治疗前、后心室率、左心室射血分数(LVEF)及心功能(NYHA)分级。结果治疗3 d后,观察组房颤转为窦性心律发生率为62.74%(32/51),高于对照组39.22%(20/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3 d后,两组心室率均降低,LVEF均升高,且观察组心室率低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗3 d后NYHA分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论充血性心衰合并快速型房颤患者采用去乙酰毛花苷注射液联合胺碘酮治疗,可促使房颤转为窦性心律,降低心室率,改善心功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of deslanoside injection combined with amiodarone in the treatment ofcongestive heart failure and rapid atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 102 cases of congestive heart failure and rapid atrialfibrillation in our hospital were selected and grouped into observation group and control group according to differenttreatment plan, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the observation group wasgiven amiodarone＋deslanoside injection. The changes of atrial fibrillation turning to sinus rhythm and the ventricular rate, leftventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） before and after treatment and cardiac function （NYHA） classification were comparedbetween the two groups. Results After 3 d of treatment, the incidence of atrial fibrillation turning to sinus rhythm in theobservation group was 62.74% （32/51）, which was higher than 39.22% （20/51） in the control group （P〈0.05）. After 3 d oftreatment, the ventricular rate decreased and LVEF increased in both groups, and the ventricular rate in the observationgroup was lower than that in the control group, and LVEF was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The NYHAclassification of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 3 d of treatment （P〈0.05）. ConclusionCongestive heart failure patients with rapid atrial fibrillation treated by deslanoside injection combined with amiodarone canpromote atrial fibrillation turning to sinus rhythm, reduce ventricular rate and improve heart function.
