马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压病的疗效及对血浆Hcy和叶酸水平的影响

Clinical effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablet in the treatment of H-hypertension and its effect on plasma homocysteine and folic acid levels

目的分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压病的疗效及对血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和叶酸水平的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2017年12月于我院接受治疗的H型高血压患者122例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各61例。对照组口服马来酸依那普利片,观察组口服马来酸依那普利叶酸片。持续治疗60 d后,分析两组患者的血压控制情况、血浆Hcy及叶酸水平。结果治疗后,两组患者的血压、Hcy水平均降低,叶酸水平均升高(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组血压、Hcy水平更低,叶酸水平更高(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸依那普利叶酸片可降低H型高血压病患者血压、Hcy水平,并提高叶酸水平,有利于患者的康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of enalapril maleate folic acid tablet in the treatment of H-hypertension and its effect on plasma homocysteine （Hcy） and folic acid levels. Methods From January 2015 to December2017, 122 patients with H-hypertension treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects. They were randomlydivided into control group and observation group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group received enalapril maleatetablets, and the observation group received enalapril maleate folic acid tablet. After 60 days of continuous treatment, theblood pressure control, plasma Hcy and folic acid levels were analyzed in both groups. Results After treatment, the levelsof blood pressure and plasma Hcy in the two groups decreased, and the levels of folic acid increased （P〈0.05）. Comparedwith the control group, there were lower levels of blood pressure, plasma Hcy and higher level of folic acid in theobservation group after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in total incidences of adverse reactionsbetween the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Enalapril maleate folic acid tablet can reduce blood pressure and Hcy levelin patients with H-hypertension and increase folic acid levels, which is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients.
