血清降钙素原联合C-反应蛋白在成人细菌性肺炎诊疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析血清降钙素原联合C-反应蛋白在成人细菌性肺炎诊疗中的应用价值。方法选取86例成人细菌性肺炎患者与80例体检健康者,测定两组研究对象的血清降钙素原和C反应蛋白水平,分析两项指标单独检测及联合检测对细菌性肺炎诊断的价值。结果细菌性肺炎者的血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白水平均明显高于健康体检者(P<0.05)。联合诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均明显高于血清降钙素原及C反应蛋白单独检测(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原联合C-反应蛋白在成人细菌性肺炎诊疗中应用价值显著,可提高疾病诊断准确率。 Objective To analyze the application value of serum procalcitonin combined with C-reactive protein in thediagnosis and treatment of adult bacterial pneumonia. Methods A total of 86 adult patients with bacterial pneumonia and80 healthy physical examines were selected. The levels of serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the two groupswere determined, and the value of individual detection and joint detection of two indexes in the diagnosis of bacterialpneumonia was analyzed. Results The levels of serum procalcitonin and C -reactive protein in patients with bacterialpneumonia were significantly higher than those of the healthy physical examines (P〈0.05). The sensitivity, specificity andaccuracy of combined diagnosis were significantly higher than that of the serum procalcitonin alone and the C-reactiveprotein alone (P〈0.05). Conclusion The serum procalcitonin combined with C -reactive protein in the diagnosis andtreatment of adult bacterial pneumonia has significant application value, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy.
