一次性灭菌洗胃组件包洗胃在急性口服毒物中毒患者中的效果

Effect of gastric lavage with one-time sterilized gastric lavage components package in patients with acute oral toxicosis

目的分析一次性灭菌洗胃组件包洗胃对急性口服毒物中毒患者的应用效果。方法将74例急性口服毒物中毒患者根据洗胃方法分为两组,以常规方式准备洗胃所需器械者36例为对照组,以用一次性灭菌洗胃组件包洗胃的38例患者为观察组,比较两组救治情况。结果两组患者均救治成功,无1例死亡;观察组洗胃中断率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05),且观察组洗胃准备时间、洗胃时间、患者清醒时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组各并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一次性灭菌洗胃组件包洗胃可缩短洗胃准备时间与用时,促使患者尽快清醒,降低洗胃中断率,减少并发症风险,进而缩短患者住院时间,应用价值显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of gastric lavage with one-time sterilized gastric lavage components package inacute oral poisoning patients. Methods Seventy-four patients with acute oral toxicosis were divided into two groups accordingto the gastric lavage methods. Thirty-six patients used routine gastric lavage instruments were selected as the control group.and 38 patients treated with one-time sterilized gastric lavage components package were collected as the observation group.The treatment situation was compared between the two groups. Results All the patients in both groups were treatedsuccessfully, with no death. The interrupted rate of gastric lavage in the observation group （5.26%） was significantly lowerthan 25.00% in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the preparation time of gastric lavage, gastric lavage time and the waking timeof the patients and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidences of complications were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The timeof gastric lavage and preparation can be shortened by using one-off sterilizing gastric lavage package to treat the patientswith acute oral toxicosis. It is significant to promote the patients to wake up as soon as possible, reduce the rate of gastriclavage interruption, reduce the risk of complications, and shorten the hospitalization time of the patients.
