中药结合针灸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变47例

Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in 47 cases of diabetic retinopathy

目的分析中药结合针灸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的92例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组45例行西医常规治疗,观察组47例行中药结合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率与不良反应总发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视力水平、视敏度、黄斑厚度均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药结合针灸治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果理想,可降低黄斑厚度,改善视力水平及视敏度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture andmoxibustion in diabetic retinopathy. Methods Ninety-two cases of diabetic retinopathy in our hospital were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group, 45 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine; 47 casesin the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. Theeffects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and the total incidence of adversereactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the vision, visualacuity and macular thickness of both groups significantly improved, and those of the observation group were significantlybetter than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture iseffective in diabetic retinopathy, which can reduce macular thickness, improve vision and visual acuity.
