祛风胜湿汤加减方联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的效果及安全性

Effect and safety of modified Qufeng Shengshi decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema

目的分析祛风胜湿汤加减方联合盐酸左西替利嗪片治疗慢性湿疹的临床效果与安全性。方法选取86例慢性湿疹患者随机分为对照组(43例,盐酸左西替利嗪片)与研究组(43例,祛风胜湿汤加减方联合盐酸左西替利嗪片)。比较治疗前、后两组皮损情况、临床效果及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组EASI评分差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组EASI评分均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论慢性湿疹治疗中使用祛风胜湿汤加减方联合盐酸左西替利嗪片可改善患者皮损情况,提升临床效果,并且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Qufeng Shengshi decoction combined withlevocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic eczemawere selected and randomly divided into control group （43 cases, levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets） and study group （43cases, modified Qufeng Shengshi decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets）. The skin lesions beforeand after treatment, clinical effects, and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, theEASI scores of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The EASI scores of the two groups decreased aftertreatment, and that in the study group was significantly lower than the control group the diffirences were significant（P〈0.05）. The clinical total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The useof modified Qufeng Shengshi decoction combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chroniceczema can improve the skin lesions and clinical effect, without increasing adverse reactions.
