阴道B超与腹部B超在异位妊娠临床诊断中的应用价值

Application value of vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasonography in the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

目的探究和对比阴道B超与腹部B超在异位妊娠临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选择我院2017年1月至2017年10月收治的75例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行阴道B超和腹部B超检查,对比两种诊断方式对异位妊娠的检出情况。结果经手术病理检查确诊,75例异位妊娠患者中38例为附件包块、26例为盆腔积液、11例为假孕囊;阴道B超共检出附件包块36例、盆腔积液24例、假孕囊10例;腹部B超检出附件包块30例、盆腔积液17例、假孕囊5例;阴道B超对异位妊娠诊断的总准确率为93.3%,明显高于腹部B超的69.3%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论与腹部B超相比,阴道B超对异位妊娠诊断的准确性更高,因此临床可优先采用阴道B超对疑似异位妊娠患者进行诊断。

Objective To investigate and compare the application value of vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 75 patients with ectopic pregnancy whoadmitted in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the study objects. All the patientsunderwent vaginal B-ultrasound and abdominal B-ultrasound examination. The detection situation of the two methods ofdiagnosis for ectopic pregnancy were compared. Results After confirmed by surgical pathological examination, among the75 cases of ectopic pregnancy, there were 38 cases of attachment masses, 26 cases of pelvic effusions and 11 cases ofpseudo-gestational sac. There were 36 cases of attachment masses, 24 cases of pelvic effusions and 10 cases of pseudo-gestational sac according to vaginal B-ultrasound. There were 30 cases of attachment masses, 17 cases of pelvic effusionsand 5 cases of pseudo-gestational sac according to abdominal B-ultrasound. The total accuracy of diagnosis of ectopicpregnancy by vaginal B-ultrasound was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 69.3% of abdominal B-ultrasound（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the abdomen B-ultrasound, vaginal B-ultrasound is more accurate in the diagnosisof ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, it is preferable to use vaginal ultrasound to diagnose suspected ectopic pregnancy.
