快速康复外科护理在胃癌围术期中的应用

Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in perioperative period of gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌围术期中应用快速康复外科护理的效果。方法随机选取我院80例胃癌手术患者并分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用快速康复外科护理。比较两组的术后身体恢复情况、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果试验组首次肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);试验组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理能够加快胃癌患者术后康复,减少术后并发症,提高护理满意度。

Objective To discuss the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for patients with gastric cancerduring perioperative period. Methods Eighty cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly selected anddivided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routinenursing, the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. The postoperative body recovery,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The firstanus exhaust time, eating time and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the controlgroup, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rapid rehabilitationsurgical nursing can speed up postoperative recovery of gastric cancer patients, reduce postoperative complications andincrease nursing satisfaction.
