临床护理路径应用于消化道出血护理中对降低出血量与缩短住院时间的影响

Effects of clinical nursing path applied in digestive tract hemorrhage on reduction of bleeding and shortening of hospitalization time

目的探析消化道出血护理采用临床护理路径对降低出血量与缩短住院时间的影响。方法将我院2015年12月至2017年12月收治的消化道出血患者96例按照护理方法分为对照组(n=48,传统护理干预)和观察组(n=48,临床护理路径干预),比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、出血量、健康知识掌握评分、护理满意度、护理效果及并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组住院时间较短、住院费用与出血量较少、健康知识掌握评分较高,护理满意度与护理总有效率较高,其并发症总发生率明显较低(P<0.05)。结论消化道出血采用临床护理路径进行干预,不但能够降低出血量,缩短住院时间,还可降低住院费用并提升健康知识掌握评分、护理满意度,有极大的临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the effects of clinical nursing pathway on reducing bleeding and shorteninghospitalization time in digestive tract hemorrhage. Methods Ninety-six cases of digestive tract hemorrhage treated in ourhospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were divided into control group （n=48, traditional nursing intervention）and observation group （n =48, clinical nursing path intervention） according to the difference of nursing methods. Thehospitalization time, hospitalization expenses, bleeding volume, health knowledge score, nursing satisfaction and incidenceof complications between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, in the observationgroup, the hospitalization time was shorter, hospitalization expenses and bleeding volume was less, health knowledge scorewas higher, the nursing satisfaction and the total effective rate of nursing was higher, and the total incidence ofcomplications was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path of digestive tract hemorrhage can notonly reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the time of hospitalization, but also reduce the cost of hospitalization, improvethe health knowledge and improve the nursing satisfaction, which has great significance in clinical promotion.
