微信延续性护理对踝关节骨折患者术后恢复及自我管理行为的影响

Effects of We Chat continuity nursing on postoperative recovery and self-management behavior in patients with ankle fracture

目的探讨踝关节骨折患者实施微信延续性护理对患者恢复状况及自我管理行为的影响。方法选择本科室2015年1月至2017年6月120例踝关节骨折患者,采用随机数表法将其分为传统组(n=60,传统出院指导)与延续组(n=60,微信延续性护理)。对比两组患者在不同干预方式下的预后情况。结果出院6个月后,两组患者的AOFAS评分均较出院时升高,且延续组患者AOFAS量表评分高于传统组(P<0.05)。延续组患者的康复训练、医患沟通、症状管理行为评分均高于传统组(P<0.05)。延续组患者的护理满意度高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折患者实施微信延续性护理可改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effects of WeChat continuity nursing on the recovery and self -managementbehavior in patients with ankle fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with ankle fracture in our department fromJanuary 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into traditional group （n=60, traditional discharge guidance） andcontinuation group （n=60, WeChat continuity nursing） according to the random number table method. The prognosis ofpatients with different interventions in the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of discharge, the AOFASscores in the two groups were higher than those at discharge, that in the continuation group was significantly higher thanthe traditional group （P〈0.05）. The rehabilitation training, doctor-patient communication, symptom management behaviorscores in the continuation group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction inthe continuation group was higher than that in the traditional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion WeChat continuation nursing inpatients with ankle fracture may improve the prognosis of patients.
