PBL教学法在中医院校床边班外科学总论教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在中医院校床边班外科学总论教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年1月南京中医药大学五年制临床本科床边班两个小班为研究对象,以外科学总论为教学内容,每个小班均为20人,一个小班设为试验组,另一个小班设为对照组,每组学生自由组合。试验组采用PBL教学法,对照组实施以授课为基础的学习(LBL)教学法,比较两组学生考试成绩及批判性思维能力(中文版)测量表(CTDI-CV)评分。结果干预1个月后,试验组学生主观题成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预1个月后,两组客观题成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月后,试验组学生评判性思维自信心、系统化能力、开放思想及寻找真相评分均高于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医院校床边班外科总论教学中实施PBL教学法效果显著,可有效增强学生评判性思维能力,提高考试成绩。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in the basicsurgery teaching in bedside teaching classes of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities. Methods The twosmall-sized classes of five-year clinical undergraduate bedside teaching class at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicinefrom September 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects, and the basic surgery was used as the teachingcontent. Each 20 students were enrolled in the small-sized classes (one class as experimental group, another one ascontrol group), and each group of students were free combined. The experimental group was given PBL teaching method,and the control group was given lecture-based learning (LBL) teaching method. The test scores and the score of Chineseversion of critical thinking disposition inventory (CTDI-CV) were compared between the two groups. Results The score ofsubjective questions after 1 month of intervention in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in thecontrol group (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the score of objective questions between the two groupsafter 1 month of intervention (P〉0.05). The scores of self-confidence of critical thinking, systematization ability, openmind and seeking truth in the experimental group after 1 month of intervention were all higher than those beforeintervention and in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method in the basic surgery teaching of bedsideteaching classes in TCM colleges and universities has significant effects, and it can effectively enhance the students'critical thinking ability and improve their test scores.
