Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive surgery on postoperative complications and curative effect of patients with severe hemorrhoids. Methods 90 patients with severe hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional surgical procedure of external incision and internal ligation, the observation group was given minimally invasive surgery for treatment. The clinical efficacy, operative parameters and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group, the operative time and wound healing time were significantly shorter than those of control group, the intraoperative bleeding loss was significantly less than that of the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.89%, which was significantly lower than 35.56% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of clinical use of minimally invasive surgery on patients with severe hemorrhoids is significantly better than the traditional surgical treatment, minimally invasive surgery does not cause great trauma to patients, patients in a relatively short recovery time after surgery, the incidence rate of adverse reactions also can be greatly reduced, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
