低碘浓度在冠状动脉CTA造影中的应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨低碘浓度在冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)中的应用。方法 110例行冠状动脉CTA患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组给予碘普罗胺注射液300 mg/ml的碘浓度,对照组给予碘普罗胺注射液370 mg/ml的碘浓度。观察两组的辐射剂量和图像质量评价。结果两组的主动脉根部的CT值、SD、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT剂量指数(CTDIvo1)、有效剂量(ED)以及剂量长度乘积(DLP)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组可诊断率(92.87%)与对照组(94.13%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用低碘浓度进行冠状动脉CTA是可行的,可以获得满足诊断的图像,同时降低了辐射剂量,可在临床上使用。
