甲状旁腺功能减退症(hypoparathyroidism,HP)是一种罕见病,主要临床表现为手足抽搐、癫痫发作、低钙血症和高磷血症,同时可引起神经、心血管、骨骼、皮肤、胃肠道等多器官系统改变。由于HP患者体内甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)水平减低,HP患者可出现骨转换减低、骨密度增高,骨折风险是否增加尚不肯定。本文就骨骼表现的最新研究进展进行综述。

Hypoparathyroidism is a rare disease. The main clinical manifestations include tenany,seizures,hypocalcemia and hyperphosphatemia,presenting with a series of changes on neurological,cardiovascular,skeletal musculature,dermatological,gastrointestinal systems. Due to a lower parathyroid hormone level in patients with hypoparathyroidism,the patients may present with lower bone turnover and higher bone mineral density,whereas the risk of fracture has not been readily apparent. This review presents bone characteristics of hypoparathyroidism.
