中国社会智库研究:困境、趋势与突破——基于CNKI数据库资源分析(2004～2016)

The Study of Social Think Tanks in China,Dilemma,Trend and Breakthrough: Based on CNKI Database Resource Analysis(2004-2016)

社会智库以其独有的客观视角和专业技术,在公共治策领域起着不可替代的重要作用。然而社会智库的研究却一直处于弱势状态。当前有关社会智库的研究和探索大都掺杂于＂智库＂研究之中,还没有专门的机构、团队或者期刊等社会智库的评估、监测和扶持平台。为了更好地做好社会智库研究的方向、方法、重点和切入点等问题,必须对于当前社会智库研究现状进行全面系统的了解。通过＂中国知网＂（CNKI）数据库搜索,以224篇文献为分析文本,进行时间、作者、机构、主题、引用、研究集中度、期刊等7个方面的统计分析。研究认为当前社会智库研究应该建立专门的评估和监测机构平台;建立社会智库专业人才的梯次培养模式;加大西部或偏远贫困地区社会智库的建设;优化社会智库成果的转化和应用机制;加大社会智库研究薄弱领域支持力度;开展社会智库重大难点问题研究等。

social think tanks play an irreplaceable role in the field of public governance because of their unique objective perspective and expertise. However,the research of social think tanks has been in a weak position. At present, the research and exploration of social think tanks are mostly mixed with the research of ＂think tanks＂,and there are no special agencies,teams,journals or other social think tanks to evaluate, monitor and support the platform. In order to do a better job of researching the direction,method,key point and breakthrough point of social think tanks, we must have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the current research situation of social think tanks. Through the ＂CNKI＂ database search,the 224 documents as the analysis of the text,the time,author,organization,subject,reference,research,concentration,periodicals and other 7 aspects of statistical analysis. The research thinks that the society think tank research should establish special assessment and monitoring platform; echelon training mode of professional talents for the establishment of social construction; increase the West or in remote and poor areas of social transformation social think-tank; optimization results think tank and the application mechanism; strengthening the social intelligence research areas of weakness support; to carry out research on major difficult problems of think tanks etc.
