离子膜法电解运行中出现的问题及解决方法

摘要 分析离子膜电解生产运行中出现的各种问题的原因,如:钙离子和镁离子超标,氯气主管阀门关闭不严,阳极侧气体压力超标,阴极侧软管呈泡沫状喷流,碱液循环罐液位表显示失灵,电解槽软管断流打火,外网低电压晃电波动;提出相应的解决方法和防范措施。 The causes of various problems in the operation of ion membrane electrolysis are analyzed, such as the excess of calcium ion and magnesium ion, not full close of the valve on the main chlorine pipe, the overpressure of gas on the anode side, the bubble-like spray of liquid flowing out of the cathode side hose, the failure of the liquid level gauge for the alkaline liquid circulation tank, the halt and spark in the soft pipes for the electrolyzers, and the voltage sag due to low voltage of external power grid. The corresponding solutions and preventive measures are put forward.
