摘要
研究了影响次氯酸钠稳定性的因素,提出如下建议:以用纯水稀释32%烧碱得到的溶液为原料生产次氯酸钠;在产品次氯酸钠溶液中加入稳定剂30 mg/L氮化硼[或2%(质量分数)硅酸钠或0.1%(质量分数)碳酸氢钠],可使其稳定性大幅提高,并且其活性没有明显降低;企业根据次氯酸钠产品的应用领域,选择合适的稳定剂。
The factors affecting the stability of sodium hypochlorite were studied. The following suggestions were put forward:(1)sodium hypochlorite was produced from the solution obtained by diluting 32% caustic soda with pure water; (2)stabilizer such as 30 mg/L boron nitride (or 2%(mass fraction) sodium silicate or 0.1%(mass fraction) sodium bicarbonate) was added to the product sodium hypochlorite solution, thus the stability of sodium hypochlorite was greatly improved and its activity was not significantly reduced; (3)enterprises selected suitable stabilizer according to the application field of sodium hypochlorite products.
