摘要
针对变截面板簧截面厚度的差异,研究了在相同淬火介质不同的加热温度、保温时间、入油冷却摇摆时间、回火温度和时间对变截面板簧的硬度、脱碳层深度、金相组织、疲劳寿命的影响。通过对试验数据分析,确定了最佳的热处理工艺,生产的变截面板簧产品质量达到客户要求。
In view of the difference of section thickness of cross section leaf spring, the effects of different heating temperature,heat preservation time, cooling time, tempering temperature and time on the hardness, decarburization depth, metallographicstructure and fatigue life of the variable section leaf spring at the same quenching medium are studied. Throughthe analysis of the test data, the best heat treatment process has been determined, and the quality of the production of thevariable cross-section leaf spring is up to the customer's requirement.
