摘要
中央文化企业是提升国家软实力,实现文化自信,建设文化强国的重要支柱。我国文化企业从2003年开始进行转制改革,转企改制后中央文化企业的制度效率得到了提升,但在全面深入推进中央文化企业公司治理机制运行的主体、制度和环境方面仍存在诸多问题。笔者基于行动者-系统-动力学理论,从公司治理机制的主体要素、制度要素、环境要素入手,考察出版传媒类中央文化企业现状,全面分析改制后公司治理机制在实践运行中存在的治理困境,进而提出完善公司治理机制动力要素的建议,以期能进一步释放中央文化企业的经济效益和社会效益。
Central cultural enterprises are an important pillar to enhance the country's soft power, achievecultural selfconfidence, and build a strong cultural country. China's cultural enterprises started reformingtheir systems in 2003? After changing the system, the system efficiency of the central cultural enterprises hasbeen improved. However, there are still many problems in the overall, in?depth promotion of the main body,system, and environment of the corporate governance mechanism of the central cultural enterprises. Based onthe theory of actorsystemdynamics, the authors begin with the main elements of the corporate governancemechanism, institutional factors, and environmental factors, examine the status quo of central cultural enterprises in publishing and media, and comprehensively analyze the governance dilemma of corporate governancemechanisms in practice after restructuring, and then put forward proposals to improve the driving force factorsof the corporate governance mechanism, in order to further release the economic benefits and social benefits ofthe central cultural enterprises.
