摘要
目的:分析和探讨胃癌患者组织中MTDH与PDCD4的表达水平与临床病理参数之间的关系,为胃癌患者的诊断与预后提供理论基础。方法:我院普通外科于2010年1月—2016年6期间共接收胃癌患者50例,在进行手术治疗后采集术后的胃癌组织及癌旁组织作为标本,通过免疫组化的方法对各组织中MTDH和PDCD4的表达水平进行检测。结果:MTDH在胃癌组织的表达水平显著高于癌旁组织,而PDCD4的表达低于癌旁组织,P<0.05。MTDH与胃癌的临床分期、浸润程度和淋巴结转移之间存在相关性;PDCD4表达水平的高低与胃癌的分化程度有关。在胃癌组织中,MTDH和PDCD4的表达呈一定的负相关。结论:MTDH与PDCD4在胃癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达水平差异显著,且MTDH和PDCD4存在一定的负相关性。
Objective： To analyze and discuss the relationship between the expression level of MTDH and PDCD4 and clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer patients,so as to provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods： A total of 50 patients with gastric cancer were enrolled in our department of surgery from January 2010 to June 2016. After operation,specimens from gastric cancer and adjacent tissues were collected. The expression of MTDH and PDCD4 in tissues was detected by immunohistochemical two step method. Results： The expression level of MTDH in gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of para cancerous tissue,while the expression of PDCD4 was lower than that of para cancerous tissue,P〈0. 05. The level of MTDH expression is related to the invasion degree,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. The level of PDCD4 expression is related to the differentiation degree of gastric cancer. In gastric cancer,the expression of MTDH and PDCD4 is negatively correlated. Conclusion： There is a significant difference in the expression of MTDH and PDCD4 in gastric cancer tissue and para cancerous tissue,and there is a negative correlation between MTDH and PDCD4.
