摘要 针对当前楔块超越离合器存在的楔块磨损失效以及高温、高载下易与滚道发生胶合破坏的问题,本文提出采用Si3N_4陶瓷材料来设计、制造离合器的楔块,以此来更好地满足特殊工作环境(高速、高温、强磁、强酸等)下的应用要求,并对混合陶瓷楔块离合器的设计及性能进行研究。 Aimed at the current existing problem of the sprag overrunning clutch, such as the wear failure of sprag and theagglutination with raceways under high temperature and high load, this paper puts forward a method of using Si3N4 ceramic material which iswear-resisting and low density to design and manufacture the sprag, in order to better satisfy the demand of the application in specialworking conditions (strong magnetic, high temperature, strong acid and so on),and keeps on studying the design and performance of thehybrid ceramic sprag overrunning clutch.
