The car is now the vehicle that people use to travel more. It is a combination of mechanical and electronic integration. Thecar cooling system is very important to the car, even if the small fault will bring serious consequences to the car, thus shortening the life ofthe car. The perfection of the cooling system now allows the engine to extend its service life. This dissertation mainly expounds thecomposition of the water cooling system and the working principle of the water cooling cycle, and analyzes some of the high watertemperature faults existing in the water cooling system.
