摘要
随着电子科技的快速发展,汽车电子产品不断微小化、精密化、高速化,PCB设计不仅要完成各元器件的线路连接,更要考虑高速、高密度带来的各种挑战。而对PCB的电磁兼容性设计是整个系统设计的关键。本文主要介绍电磁干扰产生原因进行分析和研究,在层叠设计,元件布局,电源和接地设计方面提出相应的抑制干扰设计措施。
With the rapid development of electronic technology, automotive electronic products continue to be miniaturized, precision,and high-speed. PCB design must not only complete the line connection of various components, but also consider the challenges brought by high speed and high density. The electromagnetic compatibility design of the PCB is the key to the overall system design. This paper mainly introduces the analysis and research of the causes of electromagnetic interference, and proposes corresponding interference suppression design measures in the aspects of stack design, component layout, power supply and grounding design.
