Discussion on the Application Technology of “Craft Cylinder Head”

研究了缸体装配前后,缸孔圆度、圆柱度的变化情况,探讨了应用"工艺缸盖"解决缸孔装配形问题的机理;简要介绍了"工艺缸盖"应用的工艺方法;指出实施该工艺的难度,并提出自己的见解。

This paper studies the change of cylinder bore roundness and cylinder degree before and after assembly, discusses the mechanism of applying ＂craft cylinder head＂ to solve the problem of cylinder hole assembly, and briefly introduces the process method of ＂craft cylinder head＂ application. The difficulty of implementing this process is pointed out, and its own opinion is put forward.
