摘要
伺服电动机的转子转速受到驱动信号输出控制,驱动信号变化控制反应快,信号定位准确,转速控制精度高。在机床数控系统中,伺服电机可把所收到的驱动电信号转化成电动机轴上的角位移或角速度输出,准确的位移或速度使机床准确定位,因此伺服电机的设计应用对提升机床定位精度非常关键。
The rotor speed of the servomotor is controlled by the output of the driving signal. The driving signal changes quickly, thesignal is positioned accurately, and the speed control precision is high. In the CNC system of machine tools, the servo motor can convert thereceived signal to the angular displacement or angular velocity on the axis of the motor. The accurate displacement or speed makes themachine tool position accurately, so the design and application of the servo motor is very important to the positioning accuracy of themachine tool.
